They took care of the oil change on my 3500HD Duramax and noticed a couple of other small items. They asked me before servicing those items if I wanted them to do it. No unexpected charges and it was done quicker than I expected.

It ended up well but at first Dave in the service department came off as rude and sarcastic. When people are stressed with high priced repair bills and warranty issues, they need kindness not snide comments. In the end he helped get warranty coverage and my vehicle was repaired. I want to keep purchasing vehicles from Snyder but I also want to feel valued.
